Welcome to our new website!

Thank you for visiting the Mayflower Medical Group website.

From the 1st of April, Livewell Primary Care Group, a subsidiary company of Livewell Southwest, will run the primary care network.

You will notice that we have a new website. From here, you can do a variety of things, including accessing the eConsult Service. You will also find lots of useful self-care information.

EConsults- Our eConsult is now available between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm offering more support earlier in the day. Our new service, Livi can help you see a GP outside of these hours offering appointments from 8:00am to 22:00pm Monday to Friday as well as 7:00 am till 16:00pm on weekends. For any further help please contact the practice.

Click here to download the Livi app and make an appointment: Download Livi. You will not require photographic ID to access the service. Please note that Livi GPs are only able to see people where a physical examination is not likely to be required. They are also unable to prescribe controlled drugs. Anyone requiring these will need to phone the practice to book an appointment.

Please connect with our social media pages to stay up to date with announcements.

Please could we politely remind you that although mask wearing is not the law in most public places, it is still mandated in public health settings and within the NHS. This is to continue to protect our staff and all patients attending the surgery as much as possible.
